Step 1: Cut out the shapes of the heart spots, legs, feet, and eyes. Depending on the age of your little ones, you may want to do this ahead of time for them as it can take a while if they do them.

Step 2: Cut out the body shapes. For the white circle body, red heart wings, and black oval face, fold the paper in half and draw one side of the shape, then cut it out for a perfectly symmetrical shape.

Step 3: Glue the red heart wings onto the white circle body about halfway down.
Step 4: Glue the black oval face onto the body overlapping the point at the bottom of the wings.

Step 5: Glue the eyes, legs, and feet.

Step 6: Glue the hearts to make the Love Bug (ladybug) spots.

Step 7: Draw in the mouth and antennae. Eyelashes are cute too!

Optional Step 8: Draw or write on the body, hearts, love, Valentine’s to/from, etc
