WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship our delicious wine to most states, though there are still some states that prohibit wineries from shipping directly to customers in their state. It's not that we don't want to get wine to your door, but we legally can't. We hope this changes soon too.

States we cannot ship to:

  • Arkansas, Rhode Island, Mississippi, Utah, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia, or Delaware.


WHY DOES SHIPPING WINE COST SO MUCH?

Small shipments of wine are heavy, and large shipments of wine are bulky. Shipping partners charge based on weight, unless a box exceeds a certain size, and then they charge based on size too. Then we pay for an adult signature because someone over 21 must sign for the package (it's the law).

We provide discounted shipping to every customer. Here's what we charge:

  • 1-3 bottles - $20 
  • 4-6 bottles - $15 
  • 7-11 bottles - $10 
  • 12 or more - We cover the shipping! 
  • It is best to buy 4 or more to maximize your value.

Wine Club Members recieve an additional 50% discount off of these rates.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

At One Brick, we want you to be happy with every aspect of your experience. If for any reason we did not meet that expectation, we would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to make you make things better. Please contact us as soon as the issue occurs.


DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

It is really unusual to receive a damaged product from us with our amazing fulfillment team. However, we're human and it happens. In the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know as soon as you can. We can replace your wine, issue you an credit on a gift card or process a refund for your damaged items. Let us know how we can make things better!


INCORRECT OR MISSING BOTTLES OF WINE

Again, we're human and we, occasionally, make mistakes. If we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, let us know and we'll determine a resolution. In some cases, we may ask you to hold on to the bottles and packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order or a refund for your missing items.


NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WINE

We are proud to offer great wines and we know you'll love them. Contact us, we would enjoy helping you choose wines and providing recommendations. However, if you get a wine you just don't like, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.


RESHIPPING WINE

When an order is returned to the winery after missed delivery attempts at the address you gave us, we are still always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.

Please note, Fed Ex and UPS will make three delivery attempts and we will always strive to reach out to you to assist if you're having trouble receiving your order. For reshipping orders that are returned through no fault of our own we will charge for reshipping, but still at our subsidized rates. 


VINTAGE SUBSTITUTIONS

On occasion, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up your order. We will automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. We will only substitute with a vintage for the same type and varietal.
